What if my insurance or Medicare should have paid this bill?

Usually once the account is presented to ARS for collections the eligible insurances have been billed to the proper payers by our clients. It remains your responsibility to contact your provider and understand and verify the insurances were billed and applied. Once you pay ARS you may use our proof of payment to notify the provider in case there was some additional insurance applied to your account if that results in a refund to you. Getting the ARS account paid promptly is the most important issue in working with the client.

Payments can not be stopped or cancelled once made on line. Future payments or payment plans may be cancelled by phone up to 3 days before the scheduled payment and can be done by calling 601-355-5211 and between the hours of 8 AM and 5PM. You must talk to a representative as no voice messages are accepted to stop a payment.
